Fereshteh Bulsara, D.OMP founded Uplift Osteopathy.

Taking an osteopathic approach to your treatments means evaluating your body as a whole. We look for patterns and restrictions to find the source of the problem. Rather than treating your symptoms alone, we take a global approach to health; looking at the entire body in its interconnected systems.

Osteopathy is NOT regulated in Ontario! Your practitioner should be a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) to have completed a full length program, recognized by the World Health Organization (4 years+ program length).

Yes! We are certified with Bluecross for VAC members. Just let us know, and bring/email your K-number and any supporting documents with you.

Yes! We do direct billing to most insurance companies through TelusHealth, just have your numbers on hand with you at the first appointment.
